Not one of the better Texas Roadhouse locations which is disappointing as I just moved here and we eat the heck out of this chain normally. The wait can’t be considered in the review because we’ve waited in past. There was 5 young ladies working the hostess stand and nobody seemed to know what was happening. Although busy we waited a while at the table to even order, longer than we should have. The wait to get the food was unreasonable, very long time to get the food. Normally chili would be served prior to the meal but not here. Also for the first time ever after at least 150 dine ins with the chain, I got a bunch of chopped up onion and cheese in my chili. I’ve been asked about cheese before but wasn’t this time and I don’t like onions like that. The meal when it came was not piping hot as usual, which was unfortunate. From my table I could see food sitting under the heat lamp for excessive periods before being served. I’ll go back for another shot but a horrible first impression for my favorite steak place.

I showed up at 3:15 not knowing that they opened at 3:30. The young gentleman who was at the door was a riot, he had the perfect personality to greet us hungry folks. I saw that they had a special for us early birds, so I took advantage and ordered the pork chop meal. I decided on a sweet potato and mixed veggies to go along with it. While I waited I enjoyed a glass of Chardonnay while I people watched.

Steak was amazing, overall the experience with food, prices, & service will be bringing us back there again! Loved that they had plenty of outdoor seating while waiting for a table, but with my allergies, I had to move to a standing area due to someone smoking. We will be returning again!

I interacted with several staff members and they all went out of their way to serve and help and make everything perfect. Very professional but very kind. Ask for Robert. He was wonderful. Had a sirloin steak dinner with huge free appetizer for joining VIP Club. Had to take doggy bags. No kidding, it was one of the best meals I’ve ever had!!! Perfectly cooked, piping hot! The rolls were delectable with honey butter and melted in your mouth! Perfect meal, fun and pretty atmosphere, great ambience, nice music! Highest rating!!
