I can’t rate the food at this Pizza Hut in Branson Hills because the lobby is closed and it’s strictly take-out. This was the same issue I had at the Branson West Pizza Hut last year. This is especially infuriating because I seen most Pizza Huts open and this one is not. The website lies that it is open and it’s actually not! That means that they are rude! In such a busy tourist town that’s pretty bad.

Me n my wife went to dine in at 11am and the gentleman who was up front asked how he could help us and we said that we wanted to dine in. He proceeded to tell us no because he could not make pizzas. Before he even spoke with us he handed a door dash driver a order which he just prepared then told us he could not make any pizzas. The sign for opening is 10:45 so it was already open. This is the second time we have tried to go to this location to dine in. The description of the guy was heavy set guy with full beard and long shaggy hair. He refused to tell me his name. I am very disappointed and will never be back to that location and furthermore I will never .recommend this place to any of my family or friends ever.

Had a pretty garbage experience w this location. This was this past Tuesday. I tried to call an order for delivery I waited on the line for like 5 minutes before being answered and once I was placing my order I gave them all my information and all I needed to say was what pizza I wanted then the girl abruptly said wait a second put me on hold and left me there for over ten minutes. I hung up and called again and got my order placed timed for 7 pm. I made the order about 2 hours in advance. At 7:10 my pizza still wasn’t there so I called to check on it. I was told I need to be transferred but when they “transferred” me they just hung up. I waited a little longer before deciding I needed to cancel the order because it wasn’t there in time for the party I was ordering it for. I then called 3 more times and kept getting hung up on. Almost an hour after my order was supposed to be there the driver finally reached out and I told him I had been trying to cancel my order but they were hanging up on me.

Seen they had dine in, walked up and the door was locked. Called to inquire about it and he said “not today, tomorrow.” When I asked what time, the guy hung up! If I could give zero stars I absolutely would. We made the special trip just for this. No wonder they’re “hiring 30k employees” nation wide. Terrible customer service, and a company going down hill! Definitely don’t recommend!

Seriously…let the picture show you all you need to know about Branson’s Pizza Huts version of thin and crispy. So disappointed. I wanted pizza and had local options but chose a safe bet but that didn’t happen. It was a waste of my money. Majority is in the trash.
