Used the drive thru. Asked them to make the hash rounds large and a large ice water. The lady at the window tried to give me a kids size of ice water, then when she gave me my food, the hash rounds were a small too. Something gets messed up every time I shop here. I think I’m done with them. Oh, and there was no bacon on my bacon egg and cheese biscuit.

My mother was just in the drive thru today at 3:30pm and had a question about the $5 dollar meal and first of all she was cut off by the drive thru employee. My mother proceeded to to ask about the meal and she cut her off again and said “they don’t have it”. I just feel like that’s rude customer service. You aren’t ever supposed to cut off customer while they’re ordering or trying to ask questions and have an attitude about the company you choose to work for. Hopefully something is done about this because my mother wasn’t rude to the employee at all and they weren’t even busy at the time as well.

Unfortunately the food is over priced. I haven’t had the food in some time. I was driving by and it smelled amazing, like when I was a kid. I asked for dipping sauce for my fries and was shocked when I was told it was .70 cents more. Hard pass. Turns out I didn’t need the sauce after all because I wasn’t given the fries I ordered. On the drive home I sipped my soda only to find it was awful . My food was cold and I had to reheat it. I guess it’s a good thing they didn’t add the tomatoes I paid for. Sadly this is not the food I grew up on. If, I ever go back, it will be along time from now.

This Burger King does not disappoint. The food is always fresh, hot and fast. The restaurant and rest rooms are always clean. The staff is most always fast and friendly. A overall great value for your money. I’m not going back to McDonald’s anytime soon.
