Horrible experience for my elderly parents. Staff was oblivious to my order that I placed on my Iphone! When they arrived at the drive thru screen, the person taking orders didn’t know anything about it! So my dad had to park and go in, then they told him that it had just come through, while he was parking! They did not notice the order until after he asked at the menu/speaker. It was 6 normal whopper jr’s with a large fry. Nothing complicated. It took them over 30 minutes to fill our order! They need to fix the system, or the problem! My dad has to walk with a cane, and my mother had just been discharged from the hospital as well! I was trying to treat them with a simple and easy time. But instead is was a nightmare for them! This isn’t the first time they have messed up my orders, by far! At least 10 times! One time they had no fries! I will never do business with that Burger King location again! That goes for the several family members that I support as well!

I loved the workers that were here but they didn’t have a manager. How do you expect new people to run a place without a manager? One of the cashiers accidentally rang me up for an item I didn’t want which was fine but she couldn’t take it off without a managers code. Then coming to find out my food hasn’t been made in over 10 minutes but the next customer behind me got theirs. They apologized and said that they had no clue what to do everyone was skipping around orders. Either the manager there needs to be fired or chewed out for leaving employees to “figure it out”

This is the most unorganized, unprofessional place to eat at in Hattiesburg. I placed my order, a chicken sandwich at 1030- I don’t have nothing but a 30 minute lunch, it’s 11 o’clock and I still haven’t received my order. I asked the manager on duty about my wait time and she replied, “it’s 6 more minutes on that chicken” and I wondering what were they doing the previous 30 minutes. I seen people come in after me and get their orders before me. I even seen a female come in and check the schedule and got her food without paying. Basically, I left without my order, but it was paid for. I will NEVER in my life again.. stop at the Burger King on Broadway Dr. in Hattiesburg.

Utterly disgusting! Not only did you mess up my order but when I politely asked you to make my correctly your employees were rude and disrespectful. The OCS is not supposed to be swimming in mayonnaise and the Big King is supposed to have enough ketchup on it for a family of four. To top it off your manager never gave me my change after the cashier repeatedly asked him for it. I assure you I will NEVER visit this location EVER again.
