We got a pizza which wasn’t ours, but ate it. Went back a few a days later to complain and owner said we have changed our large pizza with pepperoni to only 30 pieces and it would be $1.50 for more for extra pizza. He said it was a company cutback to make up for money for higher prices. The owner said he just opened 3 weeks ago. No I’m sorry or any we’ll make it up to you.

The pizza here is made with quality ingredients in a timely manner. The pizza is made in front of you and because of this you can order special pizzas with/without certain items. This take-n-bake system works well especially if you just need a high-quality dinner with the family in a pinch. I would advise that if you get a stuffed pizza to only cook it for 18 minutes at the recommended temperature. Otherwise pizzas come put fine. Would totally recommend to a friend.

Called Papa Murphys to place an order. Rang & Rang. Finally someone answered then hung up. Went there to order a couple of pizzas to take home & arrived at 8:20. Sign said closing at 9:00 but the 2 employees chilling in the back said they closed early tonight. I sure wish rheir manager would have called or walked into this store.

Love Papa Murphys, but last 2 times they’ve gotten order wrong. Store is dirty. Trays under rack where they make your pizza are disgusting, covered with toppings that had been dropped. Fridge where cold items go had dead bugs in it.
