After showing up to a canceled meeting, I decided to stop by a local restaurant, Lotus Cafe, and catch up on some work. I have been a longtime supporter of this place and have come to know the owners, Tai and Tan, quite well. They have been serving the 76016 area of Arlington for years. Tai is usually running all around, from the kitchen, to the front of house, and the register. Tan is usually behind the scenes but when he is out, rarely is he not smiling. Both of these men work long hours and are committed to their passion. Their food is good, and if they make a mistake, they are always quick to fix. Pictured here is combination pho, chicken spring rolls, and mango green tea with boba.

Stopped in about 7.30 they close at 8. Dined in had Crab Rangoon for appetizer. Got the Chef Special 4 Grilled Thin Pork Chop with Rice. Clean nice and quaint for dine in. Good for the neighborhood. Lots of Diversity in food in Arlington.

I had a positive experience here. Was here around dinner on a Saturday. The place wasn’t packed but there were lots of carry out orders. I got the a Peach tea, Crab Rangoons and Rocking Beef (spice level 2) with Fried Rice. The food was tasty and the place was very clean. I would go here again.

This is our family’s favorite restaurant in Arlington. The food is always delicious, the staff is super friendly and the prices are great. Honestly can’t recommend this place enough. We eat here at least once a month, sometimes more.

As soon as we walked in I was greeted immediately, and friendly. Service was quick and food came out immediately! The Pho Brisket is absolutely amazing! I took a Bahn Mi for the road and it was stellar! Would definitely recommend to anybody looking for High Quality Pho!
