The food at The Works was delicious. I ordered the flounder hoagie with cheese and french fries fried hard, and my daughter had a burger and cheese fries. The dining area was clean and gave ample space for us to enjoy our meal and talk about personal things. The lady at the counter was polite and helpful. I feel like the decor left something to be desired, but the food portions were great, and there is great parking for this place.

I would love to give this place 5 stars. But the last few times I’ve ordered the food was terrible. And always. Ones cold. Tonight was the last straw. I don’t think I’ll be ordering anything for a while. I was told 45 minutes for delivery and it took them an hour and a half. I live like 10 min away. The food was ice cold and they forgot part of my order. I asked for extra cheese on my cheese steak and it didn’t have any.

Always great service, quick takeout, friendly staff. Every time I order, it’s always consistently cooked gr8 & just as good as the last. The cheesesteaks are awesome, good portions & reasonably priced. My husband LOVES the Buffalo Chicken Cheesesteak it’s chopped real fine & he says their Buffalo sauce is one of the best he’s ever had. Highly recommend.

I didn’t realize they have a spot near Holmes Circle. I stoped in for a quick bite and had a fantastic pizza burger! Just enough cheese & sauce without making it sloppy. I could not finish my order of fries. The order was large enough to share. I will definitely stop there again.

Order for delivery, they took our address and said it would be delivered in about 30 mins. Called them after an hour and a half to find out what was going on. They said it was there and oh didn’t we wanna pick it up? Said no it was delivery, they took our address for the second time and at first said they weren’t going to remake it but I complained I didn’t want a soggy hoagie, so they said they would. They delivered it pretty fast after that, they did not remake the cheese fries so they were pretty gross and dried up and the hoagie was a little soggy so I don’t think they actually bothered to remake that either.
