I always like to wait a few bad experiences before doing a 1 star but there have been a couple times where they make me wait 5-10 minutes for tenders which is whatever I’m pretty chill but great service has never been my experience here. Today I passed through at 8:20 and they said no because they were cleaning the grease. This isn’t the first time i have been turned away which it’s just a bit crazy to me that they just don’t seem to care here

Fries were AWFUL. Granted it was about 930pm, but they could’ve tried to serve fresh food. I was hungry so I ate them anyway. The burger was fine and the cherry on top was the cherry coke! Note to self (and maybe you too): Either go earlier or make sure to ask for fresh fries.

The food is okay here, not great but also not bad, just average. The part that makes it a really bad experience is that you have to wait 15 minutes to get an order of 10 chicken tenders after you order in the drive through. There doesn’t seem to be sufficient help at this location..seems very rundown and that it is going downhill.

(Hardees, Main St. Kernersville, NC). This is the first time I have eaten at a Hardees in over 5 years. The staff were very friendly, and the service was fast. The problems I have at this restaurant is, look at the photo and you will see tons of grease on the wrapping paper. The food was hot and was extremely greasy. Hopefully they can correct this issue.

I have not stopped at a Hardee’s in a very long time. This location seems to struggle a lot needing help etc. But this day I was in a hurry and they were the only ones not busy. I did drive thru. Sausage and egg biscuit seemed like it had been sitting there for awhile and the drink was unable to be drank due to the taste of an unclean ice machine and in drink machine. The guy at the window was nice, but I paid and as he was handing me my food I noticed his fingernails were really unclean – really bad. I threw the biscuit away along with taking to sips of the drink. Sad.. lack of business and someone in charge doesn’t care.

It used to be a great place to eat and had kind, fast service. The last time I was there, it took 20 minutes to get my order. The order was wrong, and they were nearly out of everything. The one in Walkertown is even worse!

Wow I just went through the drive thru and they only had 2 employees show up. I hope these employees get a RAISE!! Every sandwich was put together perfectly, not slung into a wrapper. Everything was fresh. The fries were hot and perfectly seasoned and crispy. The drinks weren’t flat. Best fast food experience I’ve had that I can remember
