I can’t remember the last time I went there and actually got what I ordered. To the point that this time, rather than getting something complicated, I got three basic straight off the menu sandwiches. And still every one of them was wrong. Not just wrong, but cheaper versions of everything I ordered. Trust me, drive the 20 minutes to erie or go to taco bell down the street cause this place wouldn’t be worth the money even if you manage to get what you pay for.

Let me first start by saying I’ve never felt the need to leave a negative review anywhere. I waited 22 minutes on my lunch break earlier today for takeout. Fries and nuggets were legitimately cold. Sandwich was good. My order was wrong twice though. Given the incorrect size cup (oh well). Decently clean. My question is – why the hell did it take 22 minutes for fries, nuggets and a sandwich at 1:30pm? The drive thru had two vehicles in it. Get it together guys. The younger employees appeared absolutely CLUELESS while the manager was literally running back and forth busting a sweat while the store was practically empty considering it was lunch hour. Re-train the younger employees and PUT LABELS ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE BAG so you don’t screw up four customers orders consecutively. First time I’ve ever been legitimately upset with anyone in the food service industry. Sorry, but y’all earned those two stars.

For a fast food restaurant, this McDonald’s is a very relaxing establishment. I find myself returning for breakfast multiple times throughout the week, not because of the food, but because of the lovely atmosphere set by the music and the dedicated workers! Customer service is phenomenal and I never have to wait too long for my food, regardless of when I come in to get it! I can always count on this place to brighten up my day. Definitely recommend stopping in!

I get messing up custom orders…it gets busy and it happens…but to mess up an order TWICE and then not doing anything about it is just absurd. Terrible service, drive to a different McDonalds, this one needs to teach it’s employees how to service it’s customers right. HELLO look at the reviews.
