The menu is messy and causes issues. I ordered a drink directly from the sign in the drive through and the person taking my order had to ask someone else what it was. I think the issue is that the sign outside is incredibly dated and probably needs to be updated with current offerings. She did her best making the right drink but oh my god it was so bad (probably because they don’t carry the ingredients because it’s not even offered anymore), it was also dark green? I even checked on the online menu to see where the disconnect was and realized whatever I had ordered wasn’t even available currently. Great staff! They did their best and I love them for it! Miss from higher management who needs to take care of these things.

I am very upset by the customer service as well as product at this location. To end my work week with a treat I decided to stop at this location on the way to work. I ordered an iced vanilla latte which came out looking way too dark for what it is while it also tasted like black coffee with a splash of milk. The bacon, egg, and cheese bagel I got was also lukewarm with the cheese still being completely unmelted. When I called back they told me to just turn around and they’d fix it or to come back another time for a credit, but would not issue a refund if I was not there in person. What makes this extremely frustrating is I do not live near this location and actually went out of my way to go here. This was the worst way to start my morning as I cannot even drink this coffee. This location should focus on actually giving a quality product (or even the right product) rather than tackling it after the fact and making people come back.

Spent over $20, Was given the wrong donut-Got a chocolate sprinkled instead of strawberry sprinkled like I ordered, missing egg on my wake up wrap and there wasn’t any cream cheese frosting on my carrot cake muffin. I wasn’t informed that they were “out” of frosting and no one answers the phone to get this corrected. Drove all the way to work and realized how much they messed up on my order. REALLY RUDE STAFF at the window. Won’t ever go back to that location ever again.

The coffee was hot but not too hot that you couldn’t drink it. The hot chocolate was perfect temperature too. The strawberry sprinkle donuts were fresh but my favorite was the turkey sausage, egg and cheese breakfast sandwich on an english muffin- delicious and filling!

I love Dunkin’ but this location is hard to get into if you aren’t headed just the right way and their lobby registers were down for an update or something so we had to go through the drive through when we planned to take a break inside. All-in-all, nothing wrong with the place, just could have been a better experience.

Will not be back staff is rude they never get my order correct I’ll order a frozen caramel macchiato. They will give me mocha with cinnamon or just mocha. I always have to come back to get a refund and a new drink then they get mad at me and get rude for their mistake. Worst Dunken I been at!

Always have a great experience when I go there. Love their sprinkle donuts and their lattes. It’s always a treat to there. The donuts are always fresh and delicious!! The employees are always friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend coming to this location and getting a donut.

Ive had two experiences with the mobile app not properly working and them not honoring the offers i have on my account because of the glitch in their system and them being rude and unconcerned about the issue like its my fault their system doesnt properly work and just saying nothing they can do about it. I went to this place all the time and im tired of being dismissed by the rude manager like my business is irrelevant so ill definitely take it elsewhere

Stopped by yesterday, to buy 2 iced coffees, donuts and hash browns. I Was not given one of the ice coffees until I asked. When we took one sip of the iced coffees they tasted horrible like the coffee grounds were burnt or old. And I realized I never got my hash browns. So I drove 20 minutes back to get a refund. And the girl legit ignored us for about 10 minutes. And then talked to us like we were stupid. Just horrible service.
