Dunkin’ Donuts falls short with a 2-star rating from me. While the absence of a drive-thru is manageable, the storefront’s direct sun exposure makes waiting in line an uncomfortably warm experience. I observed an odd incident where a customer ahead of me ordered coffee and then requested a cup of ice. Surprisingly, despite having several iced coffees in production, the staff claimed the ice machine was broken and denied the ice request. This inconsistency left me disappointed and questioning the integrity of the service. Despite the convenience of their location, the encounter with the untruthful staff member leads me to believe my patronage would be better placed elsewhere.

Not friendly especially the manager. Dirty. Orders are wrong. Check order before leaving because NOONE will answer your phone call or assist you. I would rather spend the extra money to go over to Starbucks a few blocks away. Avoid this location and you can tell by other reviews that this store basically sucks.

Slow service and then to boot, when my son went to use the restrrom, he was told he’s not allowed to use the restroom. When I apologized and said I didn’t realize, I got a second “Customers aren’t allowed to use the restroom. You’re supposed to ask first.” So I said, okay, so if I ask, then can he use the restroom?” The reply.. “Customers aren’t allowed to use the restroom.” Is this some kind of candid camera joke? I don’t think so because the person speaking was speaking rudely and made a face when replying. Really? Thumbs way down for this location and whoever does the hiring here.

I was in your store on Sunday The Man Behind the Counter getting my Donuts smelled like Bo so bad I had to turn away even when I turned away it was overpowering the toasting everything Bagels, it was highly offensive please tell him to put some deodorant on unless it’s against his religion then tell him to put deodorant on and get a new religion because he smells really bad and it was emanating throughout the whole store

We ordered our food and it was pretty fast. The customer service is absolutely horrible!!! I spent over 40$ and requested an empty cup, no lid nothing and I was told they would not give me one. Absolutely not. AN EMPTY CUP for my younger two to split a coolatta that I paid for.
