Their food is decent but 10.57 for one gyro ,extra sauce and a small shake doesn’t sit right with me I thought my order was wrg I ask why I didn’t have fries since I ask for special I’m told it’s only if you have a coupon. On tht note I’d rather go to Culver’s and pay 10$ + for a combo meal

Customer service well mostly the owner is horrible when you call in to place an order they try and rush you like you ain’t spending your hard money! Even some of the drivers cuss at you if they feel you “didn’t tip them what they wanted or thought”. I have a video of him cussing me but they won’t let me post it here.! So i will post it to my social media! 2 star because at least the food decent!

Customer Service is sorely lacking! I called to let the staff know that we did not get an item that we asked for, that was not confirmed and that was not on the receipt and was told by the lady “I didn’t take your order, not everyone confirms the order and we didn’t charge for it so we can’t do anything.” I understand that, I was calling to let them know so it wouldn’t happen to other people. The delivery was poor, rude and short. We have been loyal customers for 20+ years and have seen the service go down from what it used to be, even within the last 6 months. We will not be returning, sadly.
