The sandwich was good and hearty, but the Mac and cheese (7$) was a small cup that was definitely overpriced considering that it was obviously either store-bought or made in giant batches. The restaurant itself was freezing (it was significantly warmer outside the restaurant) and the Mac and cheese was lukewarm, not even hot like it should be. It was so cold inside Potbellies that I asked for a cup of hot water, which I initially was charged 3$ for until I negotiated with the staff to get it for free.

We usually get food here a few times a month, and it’s always delicious and quickly prepared. On my most recent visit an unbelievably rude deliver driver kept interrupting me and tried to cut the line as I attempted to place my order. The Potbelly employee was very polite yet firm with him, and when I told the delivery driver to shut up, he exploded on me and the employee immediately kicked him from the store. I’m ride or die now with this location.

It’s a perfectly good Potbelly, with no major changes to the routine of getting a decent tasting sub-chain sandwich. The staff has always been nice and efficient. No complaints, prompt service, so I would definitely keep going to this location.

The gift cards I have no longer work in the app or on the website. This has been an issue before and seems to reoccur periodically. I contacted support 2 weeks ago and haven’t heard back and the issue still hasn’t been resolved.

Very good, local potbelly! I went for an in-person order and the staff was very friendly, attentive and patient. The location was very clean, and the food preparation was very fast. I highly recommend getting the Mediterranean sandwich especially on flatbread! Delicousness!
