I WIL NOT visit this location ever again. In the picture food looks great. But we had an issue with our quesadilla, my girlfriend was half way done when she found a string of hair cooked inside. We let the waiter know, they fixed the issue….BUT when the sec quesadilla came out ,I kid you not it had another string of hair it…. I can’t make this up y’all . So I was cool about it told the waiter again that whoever they had working in the kitchen needed to put a hair net on bc it shouldn’t be no reason why my food had hair in it twice. If I wasn’t in such disbelief I would took pictures. After all that the waiter only charged us for our drink and the fajita plate. Will I go back to this location…. NOPE

I love the On The Border at Parker and the Dallas Tollway they have the best bartender, her name is Anna and she does really well. She is very polite and friendly and prompt. She learned your name really fast, and remembers what you ordered. I think they should give her a raise, I went two days in a row just because I like the way she works the bar. I will continue to go back here.

Well, this place was a joke. The place was dead and that should have been a red flag. Our waiter sat us and walked off without giving us menus or silverware. Came back to take drink orders 10 minutes later. Disappeared to get the drinks and came back with some of them. Apologized for forgetting several and went to get them. Had to ask for straws when the waiter returned. Disappeared again for 10 minutes. Came back and took our food order. The manager, who had been chatting with a mainly female group at the bar the entire time came to help distribute the food and almost dropped everything. The waiter forgot one person’s order completely. Apologized and offered to give to one of my friends his meal for free. Walks off and comes back to say the manager wouldn’t let him do that but he could have a free dessert. We then asked about a second missing meal to which the response given was “oh, yea I saw it. I just forgot to bring it over.”

So overall I’m giving this place a 2 for the food and the service lol I had to go back a couple of times bec the server kept forgetting items from my order. That was a little frustrating but I know that’s just one person and other factors could of been at play. It was slow though so I was confused I wouldn’t of cared too much of it was super busy lol anyway. The food was mostly bland and it was pretty pricy. The food quality is worse than some fast food places this can’t be food made from scratch lol I got the quesadillas (was good, would get again), the birria tacos (tortilla was decent meat texture was good (a bit rough) but the sauce was too pepper tasting), and the sopaipillas (were incredible). Despite my experiences I would go back to try other things.

So it is One o’clock on a hot Saturday summer day. The wife was looking forward towards a frozen margarita. We go to this location and it is dead! We stand a the hostess stand for every bit of 10 mins when the manager finally comes out of the kitchen claiming he was cooking and they were closed & only doing takeout because the ac was out & he just sent everybody home. The doors were not locked and there was no sign on the door. This is unacceptable people, we understand things happen but please be respectful of others time. Simply put a sign on the fricken door.
