Today, Sunday August 27th at approximately 12:20 pm I walked in to pickup my to-go order from this location. After I got my drink and was walking out I slipped on a wet spot on the floor right by the opening that the staff enters the kitchen/sandwhich making area. I’m 6.5 months pregnant. Not one employee even blinked an eye to help. I dropped my drink and caught myself on the counter. I had to tell the employees “no one move at once to help me” because they just looked at me. One brought a pile of paper towels and handed me to clean up the mess, I guess they assumed I should clean up the wet spot that was already there or maybe the soda I dropped. At this point I’m in extreme pain in my vagina area from the slip and trying to catch myself there was no way I could get down on the floor and clean anything up sono told them I can’t clean that up. At this point an employee said he would clean it and finally a customer walked over and asked if I was ok. To top off this awful and painful experience the restaurant was full and everyone just stared at me, it was like the twilight zone. I can’t imagine watching a pregnant woman fall and not offer assistance to help. I was a loyal customer but after this I will not be going back. These employees need to be trained in common sense.

Didn’t get to order because the girl that’s short, light complected, would look away and wouldn’t say anything. I looked at menu, and said she looked away lol. Shame, I really wanted a sandwich and I walked about a mile to get here, to use the rewards app too. A guy came in and she was starstruck- they were talking earlier & he left and came back after about 30 secs, and she ignored me and I waited about a minute while they talked amongst each other. He def was not a customer by their convo- so could I get a sandwich ordered? Lol. I don’t understand I mean I wasn’t dressed cool like others, to her, I guess. I just went to get some wings down the lot.

Owner needs to check on this place. I walk in and it sounds like I’m at a rock concert. The music is blaring so loud while the workers are standing there talking to each other for 3 minutes before they approach me. They have no avacado for the beach club I wanted and the ladies restroom is out of order so I can’t even wash my hands. Waste of time and $25 coming to this place. I’ll stick to Subway.

Cashier runs your card and doesn’t give you a receipt or any info (yes I asked).The guys making the sandwiches call out order #s and stack all orders with no description. When you ask how you’re supposed to know which one is your sandwich, they very matter of fact ask for the order # . After which it just becomes a bs conversation. Yes, manager was there.

Not too happy with the slow service, specifically mobile app orders. I’ve had to get off a couple of times after waiting a very long time in my car for curbside pickup. Most recent curbside pickup took about an hour of waiting. When I checked my bag, the order was incomplete which required additional wait time.

Been to this Jimmy John’s location several times and have never received bad service, the employees are always polite and their sandwiches always fresh. I had the Billy Club with a deli pickle, great combination by the way. Thanks to the Jimmy John’s crew at the Alamo Ranch location.
