I ordered 3shrimp, 3 wings, 1 catfish and Cajun rice meal, the Shrimp appeared cooked until I took a bit, the shrimp tasted raw all three of them. No eatery in bag. Ordered threw DoorDash which means you won’t get a replacement shrimp

Food is always prepared hot. My favorites!! Large fried shrimp, okra, mushrooms, greens… Chicken wings Oh and the 1/2 tea. Try the Lake Trout fish too!! Now don’t call 45 minutes too early and expect it to be still hot. When you call, expect it ready in 20 minutes or less!! So show up ready to put your eat on!!

Stopped in to pick-up lunch for my hubby and I around 11:15 am on Monday, January 23, 2023. I was hesitant about stopping in because there were young men hanging around the front door of the business. But I decided to go in anyway because lunchtime was approaching quickly and I was hungry. The person who took my order was on his phone, looking at tv, and trying to take my order at the same time. He was rude and had no sense of urgency. After placing my order, I waited about 20 minutes, meanwhile the same young men were in and out of the establishment lighting blunts and having phone conversations and they hadn’t ordered anything. Finally, the person handed me my food without even saying, thank you, enjoy, come again or something. Then by the time I got home and we began eating…. THE FOOD WAS AWFUL! I bought a 4 piece Whiting meal with fries and grilled Salmon with Cajun rice, which was absolutely horrible . I’ve ordered Snow Crabs, Frog legs, and Shrimp from this place approximately four years ago and everything was GREAT. But today, the SERVICE and FOOD was TERRIBLE. I don’t think I’ll be going back, EVER!!!

I’ve been there twice in the past two weeks and while the fish taste good the smell of the cooked fish is very strong. I’m wondering if they don’t change the oil as often as they should. I suggest changing that oil more often.

I watched the lady that work there get out of her car, go behind the counter, eat food then started making a sandwich. She did wash her hands at all. I’m sure that’s what’s she used too if she did all of that with a store full of people. It was very unsanitary. The food is good but I think they don’t wash their hands.
