Horrible service and food was awful. The Manager completely ignored me and ten other customers waiting at the register. I was not there to order, but to try to rectify my royally screwed up order. Not one thing was right , in a build a box mind you. It only comes with a few items!! Forgot cinnamon twists, food was cold and the employees were in out of space not paying attention to what they were actually doing. Crunch wrap had no ingredients. Waste of money. Do not bother going here. It will be closed indefinitely in no time.

This location is new, but it’s always very slow and the food isn’t neatly prepared. They also have missed items on all three orders that I have ever placed. I have gotten worse service and quality from other Taco Bells, but most are better. (Maybe they’re still learning how to fold items or whatnot) They also are often out of things that are on the menu screen….which I thought they could take off if they didn’t have them? The staff very nice and the food is fresh. I will order again because I don’t have high expectations for fast food.

We walked in to the restaurant Noone approached the front to speak to us but a manager saw and didn’t say nothing from the back and then you had a manager just sitting at a table not caring. The lobby was nasty floor had food on it . I slipped when I walked in the manager saw me looked at me looked at the floor and continued to DO NOTHING I even said out loud the floors need wet floor signs. We waited and Noone still came to serve us we turned around and walked out. Customer service where?? I understand everyone is under staffed because I run a mcdonalds but I would never not communicate with customers and just look at them and do nothing! Health department needs to be called honestly. It was very disgusting in there. You can tell the stuff on the floor in lobby is from the employees shoes that they stepped on food n it traveled and Noone is cleaning it up. The floors are wet from the rain someone can slip and fall!! Do better.

I asked the manager his name he said it was “Ryan”. He had terrible service, he was unapproachable and then when i got my food it was disgusting. It was almost as if they just slapped meat together the food wasn’t even wrapped correctly. There was more meat in the bag than anything when i complained “Ryan” sarcastically told me to “deal with it” what happened that day was unbelievable that tocobell experience will most definitely make sure i go to Wendy’s instead after work.

Profoundly incompetent and amazingly inept. Literally, not figuratively, every single item of my order was both wrong and horribly prepared. Cheesy roll ups that were not heated at all, just tortillas with COLD shredded cheese in them. The bean burritos were beef supremes. And of course, I did not realize any of this until I was on the highway. Wasted money and wasted time. I will never go back there again

This is honestly the worst taco bell location ever. The tacos must be premade sitting there. The shells are always soggy and stuck to the wrapper…. the lettuce? Older than Betty White. I have gone here multiple times and give up at this point I am just going to drive the the seekonk one or Fall River. This location sucks so bad I rather go to Burger King…..and Burger King is literally closest thing to just eating a burger that was dropped on the floor 10 times at a strip club…..smells good but you might get ebola.

The young man who took my order was the only employee that knew how to take orders as he was only one taking them for both the front of the store and drive threw and as I was trying to order as a car came into the drive threw he had pause my order which I was 100 ok with how ever the young woman who was making food had already made what he had put up and got mad when it was made wrong instead of using her word she proceeded to embarrass this young man by say he’s bad at his job . I wish u had got the young man name. Bc even tho he joke about it you could tell he was upset . ( worse employee ever he said his name tags should say ) but should say hard working young man

My food was fantastic, the price was reasonable in the place was clean. They filled my tacos up with a lot of good ingredients everything was fresh. The manager Brittany was so sweet and accommodating as was the rest of her team very good Taco Bell.
