Ferdos has been my number one choice to eat at since I came to The University of Toledo in 2016. The food is fantastic, and the hummus is always my favorite part. There is nothing better than fresh, warm pita bread. They care about their customers and it really shows. If anyone asks about restaurants close to the university, Ferdos is always my number one answer. I have never had a wrong order and the portions are always very generous. Nothing better than friendly staff and great food.

The location is ideal, right next to the UT campus. The dining room is always clean, the service friendly, the atmosphere calm, and the food is good too! I recommend the chicken shawarma but they have a lot of solid vegetarian options too. Nice casual atmosphere, and good food. Our server was fantastic – and it’s rare that I say that about any place.

Not a fan of this place at all-from the lackluster food to the boring atmosphere, Ferdos is really unremarkable. The hummus tasted like it was leftover from yesterday. Also the front of the restaurant smelled like smoke so badly that I kind of lost my appetite. I later saw the owner smoking in the doorway, so it made sense. I would personally avoid this place.
