This is the worst Burger King I’ve ever been to. I was there in May and had an issue where it was a super long wait and they were out of onion rings and didn’t know my drink order (said they couldn’t see it because I ordered through the app). I haven’t been back since then until today. I ordered through the app again in an attempt to use a coupon and when I arrived they told me they were out of crispy chicken (there goes all 3 chicken wraps I ordered) and onion rings. I was told to “cancel my order and reorder”… while I was sitting in the drive thru… I explained that their app doesn’t work that way. It connects me to chat but doesn’t allow me to cancel. I pulled up and waited forever for my remaining food. The 2 whoppers I ordered had the wrong cheese… assuming Asiago or some nonsense like that. And the milkshake was not filled to the top. Avoid this location at all costs.

I ordered thru the app, which was fine. Parking was fine but when I pulled up 4 teenagers (like grown men teens) were blocking the entry way with their bikes, BK personnel tried to discourage them away from loitering as I was walking up (with some concern) but they barely moved. I walked thru to door no problem but as I entered 1 of them yelled at me in a threatening way being irrate on me not asking permission to walk thru, like what?? I kept cool and thankfully my order was running late (which I’d normally be upset…lol) and personnel went out again and I’m not sure what was said but a police cruiser drove in the parking lot and the kids scurried off. Then I wanted my food asap to take advantage of the clearance.

I tried calling to ask for the hiring manager or the GM and was hung up on by a young man . I tried calling again on mutiple counts of times every time i asked for the GM he hung up on my face. I also called again to ask for his name and he told me he wasnt giving it to me and when i asked why he hung up the phone once again . This burger king is very unprofessional and I would advise you not to go here or berlin cross keys . I called back and acted like a customer turns out his name is jenson!

Horrible!!! Waited in the drive thru for half hour. Given bacon double cheeseburger with no bacon and the whopper junior was a plain cheeseburger. Not the first time orders were messed up and food quality is horrible.
