I got an invite for a private Cinco de Mayo event here and it was my first time checking it out. Memo and Katie, the owners, are awesome and they have such a wonderful story! All the food was delicious, especially the tamales. And don’t miss out on the ‘Best Darn’ margarita – it’s a must-try. Loved the vibe of the place and totally recommend it to anyone looking for a fun night out.

Was in town on a business trip and stopped by Memo for dinner one night. It was just a Thursday night and the place was about half full. I had the Quesabirria, basically slow-roasted beef tacos, and it was delicious. It wasn’t like what we get at most Mexican restaurants. I can understand why people have a problem with the portion size. Most other places you get enough food for 2-3 meals of left overs. Here the portions were just enough to be filling on their own but the quality was so much better. I have several more trips to the area over the summer and will stop by again.

Delicious! Worth the drive from Nashville! Great drinks and friendly server! Highly recommend the chorizo con queso and the molcajete! & the specialty rhubarb and spicy passion fruit margaritas were 10/10!

Food was great but limited table. Wait for a table took over 30 minutes. One side of the restaurant was not being used. Some things on the menu was out. The food was great.

Must try! The owners passion for their food & guests is what you hope to find at every restaurant you visit. Grabbed some lunch on a Thursday & was met with the bubbly owner, Katie. Their menu is so unique, it makes it tough to choose just one item. I saw 2 other people order the Quesabirria & couldn’t pass it up. It was DELICIOUS. Can’t wait to go back & try more!

This place redeemed my lost hope that an authentic Mexican restaurant could exist in Mt. Juliet. Had a torta that just put every other torta to shame. Cannot recommended more. I’m thinking about going back for dinner.

reading the other low star reviews, i now understand. read reviews before trying out a new restaurant… first time eating a mexican restaurant that charges $1.50 for a salsa refill & i just couldn’t believe they also charged $1.50 for a second round of chips. The refills portions were so small and NOT worth the money spent. So my bad review is based off the company’s flaws itself. Had little to NO beverage options.

This is my favorite Mexican restaurant. I am addicted to any dish with Memo’s mole. The flavors are rich and complex and I am immediately transported back to the first time I tried authentic mole in Mexico. The margaritas are handcrafted (no sugary mix here) and delicious. Memo, Katie, Andres, and the entire staff are welcoming and friendly.
