There’s a famous soft tofu restaurant in Atlanta, but this one is worth a try. The pancakes and cold noodles were average, but the side dishes were good, and the bulgogi and ribs that came with the soft tofu were delicious. The rice in the hot pot was also satisfying enough. As previous reviews pointed out, our server also needed clarification about what we ordered. Lol. BUT, The server was kind to refill our side dishes, give us free rice, and check our water every moment, so we felt we were compensated and satisfied enough.

I’m really conflicted about this place. I ordered 2 items: seafood pancake and the seafood tofu soup.

New place, nice and clean, friendly helpful staff. Has good tasty variety of side dishes. We all had different kinds of tofu stew – gopchang, fish egg, and oyster – all really good not overly salty. It comes with a side of pan fried fish which is a nice touch. The rice comes in those individual hot pots and they leave the pitcher of hot water on the table so you don’t have to wait on someone to bring you hot water for the rice pot. Nice to have a new tofu place to go to as the other nearby always has the same side dishes every time without change and don’t give a side of the fish.

Food waa mediocre. Tastes like packaged tofu soup sold at asian grocery store. Side dishes were okay.

I read the reviews about bad service and bad temperature for the food and was a bit worried, but I enjoyed both their service and their food today.

Very open restaurant with high ceilings that specializes in soondubu (soft tofu) soup and hand cut noodles. We started off with the traditional seafood pancake, and it’s one of the best I’ve had at a restaurant. Our party tried the mixed, roe, and oyster soondubu and I got the spicy pork stone bibimbap. While I loved the flavors of the bibimbap, the stone was not hot enough to sizzle my rice, so I sent it back and asked them to heat up my stone more, and then it was perfect. The tofu soups were pretty good, although we did have to ask them to cook the yellow croaker more because it was undercooked inside. Because this is a new restaurant, they are suffering from staff shortages so it’s best to be patient, because they were very responsive to our requests and didn’t give us attitude. We will definitely be back to try more of the menu.

The food was much more authentic than most places. My daughter and I like to try new things, so it was perfect for us! The service was way above and beyond. If we looked a little awkward about anything, someone was quickly there to tell us the usual way to eat something. Would have enjoyed just a little more salt, (no salt shaker) but I definitely don’t feel I could complain as good as it was.

I’ve had wonderful Korean food all across the country and The One Kitchen completely blew me away! Amazing service, fresh ingredients, piping hot dol sots, and stellar flavor. I would eat here again and again!

Such a terrible place, with the customer service, and the food taste. We received a food with cold temperature and not even boiling, the yolk of egg stayed still as you can tell it’s not hot. So we told the manager or the owner of this restaurant that it’s cold so can you make the food boil and bring as hot temperature so the egg can be cooked? But wow, this manager told us that “Oh, seems like it became cold when i was bringing the food here”… What kind of excuse is that? That is really stupid excuse i’ve ever heard like she could’ve just apologized and bring us with the boiling food. She made the situation worse by complaining back to us. Never coming back to this place.

The cozy atmosphere while feasting through a nostalgic journey that extends to your grandmother’s most authentic dishes. Hands down the best soondubu spot yet and all of the tofu is made in-house with the most perfect texture. The stone pot bibimbap was flawless. Immediately returning tomorrow to try the rest of the menu.
