The service was amazing right at the front door and the food was good too. There was a complication with what was ordered but it allowed me to try something not on the menu which felt good. I felt good eating here too, they have great lighting and comfortable seats. Most of the demographic that eats at this place is usually elderly.

Party of 3. Our food was delicious. We recommend the house made sausage patty, strawberry crepes and hashbrowns for sure! But everything was good. Service was prompt and friendly. We tried the village in in Cedar Falls for the first time today and we’re not disappointed. The lady that greeted us at the door was very nice and our waiter didn’t awesome job. I would suggest the country music star omelet it comes with hash browns and pancakes! We will definitely be back!

Great food. Very consistent from one Village Inn to another. In Cedar Fall you pay at the register on the way out. In Davenport you pay the wait staff at your table. I prefer the Cedar Falls way…like it used to be in Davenport!
