Placed an order and waited 40+ minutes for 2 personal pan pizzas and an order of traditional wings I had ordered due to dietary restrictions. order arrives and my wings are boneless breaded wings. I call the store and they inform me they would be re making sending out for deliver, GREAT! nope, wings arrive another 40 mins later and they are traditional wings but honey bbq which again I cannot eat because of the sugars. I call the store to ask for a refund and was told I could not receive a refund because only part of my order was incorrect.

I came in to do a friendly doordash delivery. I left my hotbag in the car. Next thing you know they reported me to doordash for not bringing in my hotbag. What is this? Never ever picking up a delivery from here and used to be a costumer. Never ordering from here again.

Place is terrible. Incorrect orders, driver has no change, food is subpar, cold and there is zero customer service on top of that. This exact scenario has ahppend twice on the same order of $85 worth of food, the change thing is a scam to get a big tip. I Have ordered a total of four times from this location and not once has the order been 100% correct.

The kid on the phone was a mess: Horrible customer service, would put the call on hold mid-sentence, messed up the payment info several times, sent delivery driver to drop the pizza at the pool without us asking for that!

Never again. Text said the pizza was out for delivery at 5:43. Called at 6:40 and they had lost my pizza somewhere. The only option I was given was to send it out again. It’s 7:00 and I have a house full of people waiting. No offer what so ever from the store to make things right. I wouldn’t waste my time with this location. Finally arrived at 7:08. Not even a simple “Im sorry”

If i could give no stars i would have. I quit ordering delivery from this place because they couldn’t complete an order on time or correctly. I ordered carryout, but was in a hurry and didn’t check my order for what should have been wings….i got cheese sticks. I ordered carry out! The order was online, so I even removed one of the possibilities for you to screw this up. I guess if i want a complete order from this place i need to drive up there and make it myself. For anyone who is thinking about Pizza from this place, just go to Golden Chick right next door. The people are nice and they don’t screw up their orders every single time….are ya’ll even trying?

This place is terrible. Stay away from this place. Had seen several bad reviews but gave it a try after not using them in 12-18 months after poor service, and your better off buying HEB Frozen pizza and making it yourself. Completely horrendous service.
