Hummus Republic was established in 2013 by a group of friends who wanted to bring the flavors of their families authentic Mediterranean cooking to a casual, modern setting for people with an on the go and busy lifestyle. Our mission is to bring flavorful, convenient, and primarily plant based meals to the masses; to create accessibility to healthy, real food for more people, and to raise the standard of fast food.
In 2015 we partnered with Global Impact Ventures in order to expand and achieve this goal.

The Only Real Trinity
Service is really great here and very informative. The food is fresh and healthy. The decor is very simplistic and appealing to the eye. The drinks are also very refreshing. I had the chicken Shawarma bowl. Super yummy will be back.

Such a gem in downtown burbanks. The food is very filling and tasty with great variety and the staff is really friendly. I got a bowl, with falafel and steak mix on cuscus and mixed greens and i think the crunchy chickpeas took it to the next level. The lemonades were really refreshing too. I highly suggest this place and wish there was one closer to me

Hummus Republic is a new spot on the San Fernando Strip in Burbank, Ca. I stumbled upon it in my way to a different restaurant. Their sign on the sidewalk was enticing, so I figured I’d check it out. I’m so happy I did!! Hummus Republic is very fresh! The atmosphere is light and a little trendy. Its bright, fun, and clean. I was greeted by whom I assume is the owner. He was so welcoming and immediately went into his spiel about what they offer. There are seemingly endless choices. I got the bowl, which is apparently the most popular option. The bowl comes with a base, your choice of three types of hummus, a green option, and a slew of other sides….then, you pick a protein. They have veggie, vegan, and meat options. This bow is large enough to share, but sensible enough to finish on your own. And its reasonably priced! I love this place and definitely recommend it. I will be eating here again.
