I ordered a large iced Capp with no whipped cream they handed me one with whipped cream and I asked them to make another without and instead they just took the whipped off and pored out some and handed me a cup that wasn’t even full that’s ridiculous!

We must have gone at the perfect time as there was hardly any inside customers. The drive thru was a constant flow of vehicles. All the staff were nice to me and my 5 year old son. The bathroom was clean which is a good indicator of the rest of the facility. Nice relaxed atmosphere.

The cashier taking our order was very nice a and did the best she could to get everything we ordered. The other 3 employees including the supervisor stood around laughing and gossiping and offered no assistance to the employee that was helping the in store customers. There was no one going through the drive thru. Just moved to Erie I. I won’t be coming back. Food is lower than gas station quality

I have visited this location 2 times and both times my order was wrong!! First time I ordered no tomatoes and no mayo on my sandwich it came with both so I threw it away!! And this time I asked for my bagel to be toasted well done and it isn’t even toasted!!! Very poor attitude of the workers!!! I won’t go to Tim’s anymore!!

Tried to get in at 6:06 AM. I’m glad that the manager put a small piece of paper stating the lobby should be open by 6:00 AM. Door was locked. I had to knock on the door so they’d let me in. Had to wait even though I was alone inside. Anyways, the dude comes. Almost 0% contact, no smile, and looks bothered just by my presence. He shouldn’t be serving customers like this. Must receive some training.

Ordered a sausage biscuit, and when I opened it, it looked like someone stepped on it. It was flat, and the biscuit was crumbled. Sausage looked and tasted as if it could have been cooked longer. I am away they are precooked, but the sandwich was barely warm.

Three of last four times I did a delivery ordered they messed up. Twice got a regular medium hot coffee when ordered a large flavored iced coffee. Not sure if their employees know how to read or not.

Stopped in for coffee. ☕ Had the house blend and it was delicious. Many other options including sandwiches and deserts available. Service was good and the place looked clean.

I asked for an english muffin with an egg, cheese, and Canadian bacon. I got to the window and was told, “Sorry, we can’t control where are bacon comes from.”. I explain it’s a different type that’s kind of like ham. She explained the bacon they have are just strips. I ask for sausage on it instead. I received an english muffin with just egg and cheese. It’s a Canadian business… You do the math!! Lol
