Tried a sub. It was nasty. I don’t know how long it had been sitting there, but the outside of the bread was hard as a rock, the inside was mushy, and it was just the grossest thing I’ve eaten in a long time. I didn’t understand the ordering system and asked if I should put an order in at the screen, and the guy said to take the one from under the warming light. I asked how to pay or where, because the signs said to pay first. He said just take it up to the front and pay, so I did. Ignore the signs I guess? And there were no descriptions of what was in the different sandwiches, so I didn’t even know what my options were or what was in it. Completely wasted time and money, and still hungry.

Very convenient and the food is great. I enjoy stopping in on my way to work. It’s great if your a late riser or a great addition when getting gas. I usually grab hot and ready sandwiches, but the food is even better if you have it made to order. I make consistent stops here for breakfast and keep going back.

The Bosco sticks were hard and the cheese was translucent. The deluxe pizza was about the same. After having really bad food, check the time on the stickers, it was over 2hrs old! Gross. My bad for not checking it I guess, however didn’t think I needed too! The crust was so hard, I ended up picking the toppings off so I could say I had something. The worst of it was the crust was so hard, but the middle top of the crust wasn’t done. It was doughy, in not sure how you can do that but either way it doesn’t work!

Food tasted great was quick as well. However i ordered a 12″ italian and a 6″ turkey and got a 12″ turkey and 6″ italian. Luckily my appetite was satisfied with the 6″ and the wife gave her extras to someone at home

Listen some gas stations have food some gas stations have just fried food…but Elmo’s could be their own standalone pizza/sub place. They took the local experience of a pizza joint and put it in the convenience of a gas station. Out of all the Elmo’s locations I’ve never had a bad meal and I’ve eaten it pretty much all of them. If you haven’t given him a try they’re not like a typical gas station food they’re more like a pizza place who happens to be next to a gas station. They have wonderful wings amazing fries and their subs are to die for.my daughter likes to stop by there for breakfast for breakfast burritos. No matter which one we go to it never disappoints.

Was excited to get carry out from here, but unfortunately it was the sloppiest, worst tasting food I have ever had. The whole order was wrong and tasted awful. My breakfast pizza was a joke. It was slathered in pizza sauce and had hash browns thrown on the top of it. Disgusting. Our loaded fries and Bosco sticks we ordered weren’t loaded, tasted funny and were cold. The 12-in sub we had ordered was a 6 in and hard an cold.. I would definitely NOT recommend this place. I’ve had way better food from cheaper places like little ceasers and dominoes.

We ordered the philly steak and cheese. The bread was burnt. There was so little meat and cheese when you opened the sandwich all we could see was bread. I was very disappointed. We were there sat March 6th around 1pm.
