Terrible experience today. Went through the drive through. Very quiet… one car in front of me. Ordered and they apparently didn’t understand. I even asked again at the window. Had to pull around front to wait for food. Took quite a while and realized they forgot the fries. Manager said he would do them and bring them out. 15 minutes later I walked in the store to see what was going on. Finally gave me the rest and I was on my way. Get home to eat…. chicken strips were tiny…. they forgot the sauce for the cheese sticks. Just really disappointing for a fast food joint and wasted 30 minutes of my day. Only reason they get 2 stars is because he attempted to make it right. Just fell short.

Food is good. They’re supposed to be open till 10 according to their hours and google maps. However, the lobby was closed and all of the lights off at 9:10PM. Good luck seeing the menu to order. I stopped to get my daughter a sandwich after picking her up from work, if she hadn’t known what she wanted it would have been very difficult to order. As it was the prices were difficult to see with no lights so it’s a good thing we had enough money to cover it. I do not recommend going here after dark unless you go often enough to know the menu and prices.

I like the decor. We were the only ones in the lobby and it was very pleasant and appealing. Shakes and sandwiches were good. We did the two for $7 with the chicken and roast beef sandwich.

I visited the drive-thru. The reason I give an average rating to this location is because they got my order wrong. The runner who brought our food to us did however offer to correct the mistake, which was appreciated. The food was good and fresh, so no complaints there. If the person running the drive-thru would’ve taken the time to read back my order, I’m sure this mistake would not have happened.

I always buy a side of cheddar at Arby’s. It’s usually .49 cents for the cup. This one charges $1.29. When asked about it I was told that’s what we charge. To top it all off the fries and sandwiches were cold. Won’t be going back to this one.

I have been coming to this location randomly for many many years. I have never yet had an order that was correct. I’ve been here over 20 times and I have never had my order done the way I ordered. Not even once. It’s actually a standing joke with many of my friends and neighbors. We always share our stories in a group chat. The food always tastes good but they never get the order right. Out of all of us only one family had their order correct on one occasion. It boggles my mind how incompetent they are. We keep coming back just for pure entertainment. If you are up for a good laugh just come here and see how badly your order is messed up.

I was there 05/21. I ordered and paid for a 5 piece chicken tenders and got a 3 piece. They also dumped so much honey mustard and lettuce on my chicken bacon swiss that my sandwich was literally SOUPY the bottom bun was soggy mush before I even started eating. So yeah maybe avoid going here unless you like paying $25 for curly fries, 2 20 oz sodas and inedible entrées ♀️

I came in to pick up some orders, and the employees ignored me and were dismissive towards me. I tried to wish them a good day, and was ignored both times. I picked up from this location twice. They never greeted me, and never smiled once, or make any effort to welcome me, in fact they all seemed to be bothered by me even being there, and made me feel like I ruined their day or something. It felt very rude to me, as having been in the fast food business myself years ago, attitudes like that towards anyone, (at least to those who don’t deserve it) were greatly frowned upon, and resulted in a least a talking to, or even a write up. I would like to see some better customer service, even if we’re just picking up deliveries. We’re all people just trying to survive.
