The first time we visited the area and dined here the food was excellent. We couldn’t wait to return. Unfortunately, tonight the food was barely mediocre. In the mood for lobster, I ordered lobster bisque and the special hot lobster roll for $35. The bisque was terrible – it tasted like creamy ketchup with slimy, tasteless chunks – no lobster flavor at all. I couldn’t eat it. The expensive lobster roll was even worse. It was so over seasoned that it masked the natural lobster flavor, the lobster was so dry and overcooked it was almost crispy and where was the butter? My partner ordered fish and chips. The fish was good, but there was not much of it. Way more chips on the plate than fish. We spent a good chunk of change and left very disappointed. We will not be returning.

Took my husband here for his birthday last night. All I can say is WOW! From the appetizers to the meal and dessert. Everyone got something different and we all tasted from every dish and we all loved every dish. Sandra brought out cheesecake with a candle and sang Happy Birthday to my husband and the cheesecake was awesome as well.

Husband bought a lobster platter, I guess it is to his desire but it lacked flavor/ seasoning. My daughter had the chicken strip with fries, which was good but fried on the hard side, for a 6 yr old. My food, the birthday girl, has been wanting some really good crab cakes and I am 100% disappointed that I believed the reviews on the crab cakes. The cakes are dry and have more binding then needs, which is what causes the dry out. Understanding the cost of everything going up, restaurants are opting to use cheaper quality ingredients, which unfortunately I just waisted $70 on. This is why I cannot support my local chains because there is no corporate to bring this concern back to.

This used to be our go to place but prices are now ridiculously ridiculous as many dishes are now almost DOUBLE in price. See prices on enclosed old menu and new menu prices and quality isn’t what it used to be. Very disappointing. From now on it’s a couple hundred dollars worth of food order going to another establishment.. Even House salad went from $8.00 to $14.00 4 a house salad Lmfao

I love this place! Great place, looks very simple but the food is so good! I got calamari, pulpo salad, and a Maine lobster. Everything was great. I will definitely be back to try more! I had to edit this review and share some of the pictures from my most recent visit. This place doesn’t disappoint!! 🙂

Tried lunch on Sunday. It has a casual atmosphere. The food was terrific. Our server was friendly and professional. Our group shared several items on the menu. The chilled littleneck clams were fresh and tasty. They were served with lemon, horseradish, and cocktail sauce. The fried oysters were hot and delicious. Not too much breading. The fish and chips were both crispy and tender on the inside. The portions were pretty large. We also ordered the soft shell crabs, the stuffed whole clams (littlenecks) and a large tasty salad. They were all great. For the quality and amount of food presented the cost was fair. I plan on visiting this restaurant again to try some of the other items. Thank you B&B for a great meal.

It all comes back to B&B.. this place brings me back to my childhood. Food taste like family!! Cooked to perfection. Best I’ve tasted.. you got to give it a shot!
