In drive thru line for over 45 minutes. Cars are wrapped around the building! Staff playing and not cooking…..People hopped out of their cars to see what was going on and called in to complain. Super unprofessional and non friendly staff! If I could rate it a 0 I would! All of the staff are young and rude as well! Please hire more professional people ASAP!

This has to be the worst golden chick of all the golden chicks ever made. If I could give 0 stars I would. I don’t think I’ve been here once and they’ve gotten my order right. It’s always “park at the front” and you wait 10+ minutes and still no one comes out until you go to the door. And even then, your order is wrong. This location needs to be shut down.

The worst experience ever. 4 employees just keep walking around the front of restaurant and none of them even acknowledge me standing in front of the register. The Hispanic male with spiky Mohawk walked up several time and just ignored me as I kept calling for him. No one had a name tag,so I didn’t know how to address them. I had to call the restaurant over the phone and Ask them to please come to the front counter so I can place my order. I guess to retaliate,they took over 12 minutes just to get a two strip meal with fries. SOOOOOooo unprofessional

Had a uber eats pick up last night. When I showed up at 9 to go inside the building to get the order some girls that were standing in the jack in the box line yelled and said the lobby was closed. So I drove to the speaker where I sat for a few minutes with no one answering. Couldn’t figure out why so I drove to the window where I could see the same girls that told me the lobby was closed eating jack in the box while having on the golden chick headset. All in all took about 10 minutes to get the order because when they finally got up from eating the order hadn’t even been started. Tried to call just now but no answer.

Everytime I go here I SPEND $20 or more for my food, I try to get enough for the night which is usually wicked wings or strips, fries, and a large drink, which are combo’s and I spend over $20, $25, or $30 dollars just on my food, you had William’s chicken beat before, but the prices went up MORE?????

I was an employee here and the General Manager (Ms. Anna) was very unfair to the rest of her employees, she talked to us crazy , wrote us up, even fired me, They don’t know how to talk to kids , I even got into a situation where she didn’t do nothing about. There was a lot of negativity energy there, She show’s favoritism to certain people. And when you make a complaint on her it get overlooked.

Food was great. Mac n cheese is the best. They just run out of it so fast and sometimes you’ll sit in a long line in the drive thru and the mac n cheese is all gone. So in my opinion it’s best if you go inside and ask if they have any Mac n cheese it’ll definitely save you some disappointment.

On 3/30/23, at 10:30p arrived at drive thru and nobody would answer to take my order. I drove to the delivery window and was advised that they are closed and cleaning up on store time. The store has false time on window. Several people were coming through the drive thru and this is bad customer service. The store hours are until 11pm on Thursday 3/30/23 at 10:30p.
