Love the vibe of this restaurant and store. Nostalgic loom at some of Texas memorabilia. Ambience is really cool. I ordered grilled chicken salad and steak fries appetizers. Should have gone further with the food options but Texas is known for big hearty food options. Have to pace myself while traveling here.

The menu offers a broad selection of delicious breakfast options. Both the food and service were very good. The waitress on my brother in laws birthday yesterday 29th April brought a cup of clean hot water for tea on a dry saucer , but with a used teabag opened and soaked that was used by someone else , as well as a used lemon . Only after demanding her of what she did she defended herself saying it was not true that it had splashed with the water , and we knew she lying , cause why would you open up a tea bag , that is very unhygienic to open a teabag. After a while she brought us an unopened new tea bag . They took more than half an hour to bring us thr breakfast to our table . The service was very poor .

I love how they have a mini convenient store as you enter into the resturant that carries an array of souvenirs, clothing items, candy, gifts and delicious treats. I’m so over this place it was great for a long time until recently they switched managers a few months ago now the employees are rude and all the manager says is I’m sorry… I’ve seemed to have a problem the last 4 times I’ve ordered here with the food or how rude they are and we always spend about 50-80$ on Togo but it’s not even worth it anymore!! Would not recommend to anyone foods is always wrong or not sealed correctly or just cold

It was a bit of a wait, about 25 minutes to get seated and another 30 minutes to get food after you order. The food was great. More attention needs to be given to the bathroom. There are many stalls but doesn’t seem like it was looked after. It could use some repair.

We needed a spot for overnight parking and the cracker barrel is always very welcoming to travelers. We enjoyed a delicious meal at this place. The food was a little different prepared than we used to, but nonetheless fine. The waitress was probably new, sometimes we thought she forgot about us.
