This place use to be good. It the quality am has gone down and the prices up. The man Ritalin that works the cashier has no good customer service. The veggies were not cooked the gyoza were burnt and undercooked at the same time.

Ordered the chicken bento, the chicken isnt bad and the vegetables are great too. The rice was not fresh though. The sushi was very sour and tasted like convince store sushi but the gyozas were amazing i would recommend getting a chicken bowl with yakisoba and gyozas on the side

Bad customer service. Its 528 on new years eve. Theres only a male cook and female cashier. The make cook, asian tan skinned short guy rudely said they are closed when they close at 6. Every food business at the food court is open until 6 but them.

I will never order food from this place. Not only did they screwed up on my order by not fulfilling it correctly. They also sent over the wrong dish. When I called them, you can here some guys in the background laughing like this was a joke. The girl that answered the phone kept asking them what she should tell me and they just kept carrying on as if this wasn’t important. I finally asked to speak to a manager and she told me to come in if I needed to speak to someone. How unprofessional and inappropriate is this place.

Was our firts and last time going into that place. Very bad customer service provided by the cashier. We ask a several question regarding the menu and she just responded “I don’t know” They need to get someone that actually likes the job. The quality of the food was decent.

This place always hits the spot!! a variety of food choices and the food is grilled right on the spot! I get the terrayaki beef well done with extra sauce on top and it’s a must try! This one is probably the best food spot from the entire mall food court! 10/10 ⭐️
