Just ate here about 30 minutes ago. Horrible food. The “El Diablo” was disgusting. It tasted like old leather smells and the bread bun had been sitting under lamps. Basically a bunch of pre-made up burgers they throw into a micro oven and then your to go bag. Basically…… this place was atrocious. Nice friendly people and great service. But horrible food and food practices. They definitely will never get my business again.

I know this is a gas station but there’s no reason to rush me to give my order. I was going to try and sit down but all the tables were dirty. my girl walked in laughing and happy but by the time we left she was almost in tears from the bad atmosphere. maybe gas is the only thing good here… couldn’t even eat my fries they were so salty. major fail here today.

I order five piece tenders and get 3 piece tender. I forgot to check infrint of them .. when i back to my truck and its only 3 piece and not even fresh after wait 5 min. For order.. I don’t think to order any food st this stop or either any carl jr. Dissappointed!!!!

I have eaten here enough to learn my lesson. Today I was beat and tried again. First time ever the dbl meat and cheese and the large fries were, … perfect. While eating I noticed the team leader sweeping the floors. He, I think his name was Colson made the impression of leadership on me. When I pass thru next month I will notice. It makes a difference in the meal. And, no sour stomach after.

Really CKE decided to close this location down. I’ve been going to Carl’s Jr. for a long while now…who remembers their wavy fries..? Yep, GenXer here and I’m starting to feel more like my Dad with writing these reviews..lol. We really enjoy their SuperStar with onion rings and some BBQ sauce…yes, in the burger too. Either way, I’ll miss them and hope they open up again soon.

2700 OK-33, Guthrie, OK 73044 FOOD POISONING. My nephew had a cheeseburger 3/23/23 evening and has fallen ill. Poor baby has been throwing up and mom is and out of the bathroom. I feel terrible seeing as though he is so young- horrible way to try and travel to a family planned gathering. This will easily add an extra day to this trip, and extra hotel expenses, ect. No comment so far from store but I cannot believe an establishment that has served for many years and countless people would be responsible for this. I understand this is probably not the standard, but perhaps if you valued your employees they would take the proper precautions to prevent this from occurring. Needless to say the entirety of our family will be avoiding Carl’s Jr from this point forward.

It’s a Carl’s Jr, nothing absolutely spectacular or anything but the food was actually coming out at a steady pace and the place was clean. Both of the women at the counter were pleasantly helping customers and the crew actually appeared to be working to fill orders which is always better than a line clear around the place and half the staff just standing around.
