Here’s what you need to know: I was going to give the restaurant a solid 4 Star rating but then I remembered the Spanish octopus I ordered, and bumped it up to a 5 star rating. this was a surprisingly good restaurant experience. I went in there with no expectations and expected an average meal but was very pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food, the wine list, and good friendly service. The ambiance is enjoyable too with a good contemporary energy to it.

Absolutely didn’t expect it to be this good! Seems like a lot of regulars visit this restaurant! Food is exceptional- a very passionate chef is behind the curtain (as the kitchen closed, he came out for a drink); the flavor profile is just phenomenal. Wine collection is great too – and the place has a lively vibe! We will be back again to try more…

Looking forward to going back! Started with the creamy chicken soup with feta. Definitely unique and delicious! Next I had roasted carrots (with an assortment of colors) drizzled with honey and included dollops of whipped goat cheese. I really enjoyed the textures and flavors. Potentially could have used an herb (maybe thyme?). And finished with a flourless chocolate cake with creme anglais and chai sorbet. I enjoyed the flavor of the chai sorbet, but texture was more icy and less smooth.

Went to Paulie’s on 7/4 with my wife and we had an amazing time. Our waitress, Jackie, was absolutely amazing!! She was on top of every request and always had a smile on her face!! She was super attentive and made sure everything was perfect. She highly recommended the Tuna Tartare and Korean Fried Ribs!!! Both dishes were exceptional!!!

Paulie’s is always a great time. The crew is great, the food is great, the drinks are great and the owner is hospital and hilarious. We recently bought a home in The Glen, coming from the city so we really appreciate local spots such as this where you can get to know folks and it’s just a short walk away!

We went for dinner with girls to Pauline’s Restorante . Great outdoor space , friendly for a dogs . Food was tasty :Salats ,shrimps and some appetizers was enough to share . Good wine list . Service was professional and useful to make the order. Waitress Art keep us informed regarding wine and special chef creation. People make impression and this gentleman was a good representation he care about his customers and his job .
