I recently went there for lunch, as soon as we stepped foot in the door the waitress looked upset from the get go. She immediately rushed us to a table an threw menus at us. We could tell she was in a hurry either to leave or just get us out of there as quick as possible, she was rushing us so much honestly I was afraid to even order my food or add anything extra to the order. Food was decent, but the service was really lacking. Before we even asked for the check she already had it on the table along with a to-go container, we didn’t ask for either. Not sure what the rush was as there wasn’t many people in the restaurant. Above our heads there was a ceiling tile with a bunch of black mold on it…. Not really a good look. For a diner that’s called cup and saucer and famous for extraterrestrial sightings this place is nowhere near out-of-this-world. 2 stars because the mazzi sticks were ok.

Good food, Excellent friendly service, with a touch of retro vintage. We were a big group went into the restaurant near closing time and the staff took good care of us despite the fact there was only waitress left for her shift plus one cook in the kitchen.

The service was excellent! Very friendly and understanding staff! The food was delicious which was so hard to choose what to get with an amazing array of dishes available! It was a little more expensive than I thought it should be but that’s probably because of inflation! I would definitely recommend this place for a good bite to eat! Oh yeah, kids 10 and under can eat for free M-TH. You only get about a handful of choices but free food which is great when you have a picky 2 year old!! Thanks for a great experience!

I wouldn’t give this place a star. Today we went for lunch. My husband ordered the shrimp in a basket. He gets the tiniest shrimps I’ve ever seen. Dipped in so much flour very very greasy. These shrimps were smaller than my nail. They sat on top of greasy fries. And now my husband is sick throwing up. Nasty never again

We were staying at the hotel across the street and decided to walk to grab some breakfast from this cute diner. Wonderful atmosphere with very friendly staff, fast and attentive service, and big breakfast portions. Made us feel like we were eating at someone’s home – very welcoming and cosy vibes. We also felt very safe and clean – plastic curtains acted as dividers for every seating area too! Only downside was that I wished there was more “UFO style decor” to go along with the name.

Very quiet for a Friday night. Our waitress was very friendly, and attentive. However, she forgot to give me my salad as part of a take home order. The Clam Strips, and Buffalo Mozzarella Sticks are decent choices for appetizers. The chicken scampi was different, but probably something I wouldn’t order again. The Shrimp, and Scallops Primavera was good. My favorite out of everything was the Fried Cheesecake. That was the highlight of the meal.

The cup and saucer has really gone downhill.. I go in with my husband, only to find that No one can speak to me in English. The food was absolutely Horrible! Acception of a staff or two they are not customer friendly at all. The lady at the register didn’t know how to speak English, it took us almost 10 minutes to check out. We won’t be going back, unless they turn things around. Especially the food they used to have good food!!

Food was disgusting! I had rotten lettuce and tomatoes on my salad platter. My husband’s burger tasted like soap and had green slimy stuff on it. No wonder the parking lot had only 2 cars!! The waitress was the only good thing there!
