We went to Columbia La Bella in Lake Mary with Friends. The place has a lot of potential. The food looked amazing and was served with a lot flair. Unfortunately some of it was served just luke warm like it had been sitting for a while. I will give it another try as the food was good, just needs a bit more attention to detail. I would recommend it though.

Ordered the rice with seafood all the seafood was hard and chewy, when the waitress came by and asked how everything was I let her know and she thanked me for being honest. The pot of rice and seafood was left untouched minus the 1 spoon serving,She asked if we wanted to take it home which I was really surprised and of course we said no.

The food was delicious! It has that authentic taste from Colombia, the empanadas were phenomenal and if you pair it with their garlic sauce it is to die for. We will definitely be back and recommend it. The atmosphere was great as well and the staff was courteous and professional. Highly recommended.

Love that Colombia La Bella has opened a second location, now in Lake Mary. While it’s great to come for a dinner entree, my favorite thing to do is come with friends and family, and order a couple of arepas con queso, empanadas (beef or chicken) with homemade aji, buñuelos and fresh squeezed lemonade. Makes for a fantastic, cheap meal anytime of the day or night. The owner and his team are wonderfully kind and provide excellent service. The food is hot and fresh consistently. A fantastic value for the money. Now if only we could get them to open a new one in Volusia County!

My wife is from Columbia, and I took her here for a date night. The service was great (my wife told them the entre I wanted), the food came out quickly, the prices were very affordable, and it had indoor and outdoor seating. We even ordered food to go for the following day! I work around the corner, so I’m going back to get breakfast this week. I highly recommend this diamond in the rough!
