Excellent food and very friendly service. I had the 8-piece boneless combo with honey hot and Shack BBQ sauces. Very flavorful and tender wings! Crinkle cut fries were spot on and then your array of various soft drinks and tea. Manager came by to make sure all was good. Will definitely come back again! (FYI the different types of sauced wings are on a separate piece of paper and the fries are in their own tray. I dumped them all together because it’s easier that way! Lol).

Had a wonderful experience at Wing Shack today, for lunch. Staff was super attentive and friendly. They were very clear about what items were currently available and kept us well taken care of. The food was perfect and especially great for the price. The seating area is spacious and not crowded together. A gem of a casual restaurant; definitely will be returning.

I must be honest and say these were the best wings I have ever had. The Garlic Parmesan is the best Garlic Parmesan flavor that is in Lubbock, Texas. I also had the Mango Habanero flavor, which was delicious. I will say it takes a bit for the wings to come out because they cook the orders fresh. I didn’t mind that aspect because it is bring your own beer right now. I didn’t mind drinking four beers and having a quality conversation with my girlfriend while we waited. My favorite wing place in Lubbock had always been Wing Daddy’s, but Wing Shack took that number one spot. The building was very clean, and the staff was very friendly. I would recommend anyone this place. I am excited to see in the future what type of beer they will have on tap.

Loved their food. Got boneless wings, but was s bit disappointed. They were more like chicken bites. Flavor was awesome, but the size of the boneless wings looked more like little chicken bites. Three, of my eight, were smaller than one bite. Overall, we loved the flavor. Might try tenders, next time. We’ll be back.

VERY good! My only “issue” was how little fries we got. I think they were $3.99 for a small thing of them. On Wednesdays the bone in wings are $0.75. We got 15 wings, a regular fry, and two regular drinks for $28 so not bad! The service was great, we expected to wait way longer but they were out in a very timely manner. It’s a clean place and I cannot wait for their bar to open! The ranch was $0.99 each but they gave us an extra and we really appreciated it.

My son took me here for my birthday. We hadn’t been to this restaurant before, so we wanted to check it out. It was so good, we decided we had a new wing place. Staff was kind and friendly…very accommodating. Wings were cooked perfectly, and the fries were good too. We literally couldn’t think of anything negative to say.

I’m not sure if i got the wrong sauce on my wings, but they were not hot, i got the mango habanero their second hottest wings besid ghost pepper, and they were not even hot. I felt like i could have eaten ghost pepper just fine. The dry rub wings had little to no seasoning. i understand it’s a dry rub, but there should be a good amount of it on there. (THE PORTION OF FRIES THEY SERVE YOU IS BORDERLINE CRIMINAL, YOU DONT GET ENOUGH) The service was pretty good.

The staff is really nice, and the owner came out to introduce himself which was pretty cool. I was really impressed with how big and delicious the bone in wings were! They also have huge crispy crinkle fries which were different and amazing! I’ll definitely go back.

I’ve been here multiple times. The service is awesome, the food is always fresh, sauces are great and ranch is the bomb. The only thing is I wish the chicken was seasoned before its cooked.
