When I have been there the employees are very obliging and courteous. The food is as you would expect from a fast food burger place. The only thing I don’t like is how much salt almost all of the Burger King restaurants put on their fries.

We wanted them 2 do 10 deal but they weren’t offering it anymore , the manager suggested that we order 2 burgers 2 small fries & 2 small drinks. It still came out about $10.00. I thought it was nice and helpful of him.

What a joke…Food is always wrong…we get home many times without our whole order and what we do get is always made incorrect…too far to drive all the way back..when you bring it up with a manager they just argue with you ….very poor customer service, food is mediocre, and the place is always dirty and run down. Do yourself a favor and go across the street to Dairy Queen. Oh by the way in order to receive your food after paying with a debit card they have to copy your information off your driver’s license or they won’t give you your food. Showing them your license isn’t enough proof anymore. When I was fed up with them and refused to let them copy information they kept the food and still charged my account almost $30…Now I get to wait a few days for my money back

Okay first off. Only giving one star bc i have to rate it. Second. My sister and i just went up here and the customer service was absolutely terrible. She ordered a number 10 with no tomatoes and no lettuce (chicken sandwhich w bacon) and we got a double cheeseburger type thing. No biggie call back manager was an ASS. Go back for what we ordered and it had the tomatoes and lettuce on it asked for a new one bc we did originally ask no tomatoes no lettuce. He just took it off my sister is allergic to tomatoes so i asked if he really made a new one or if he just took it off. He insisted he took it off , oh his name is Dave btw, and we open the wrapper and there is lettuce in the wrapper. Go get a new one i tell him i want to watch him make it bc i doubt BK wants the medical expense bill and got a new one. Oh also we watched a girl lick her fingers after making someone’s shake, didnt wash her hands or anything. And proceeded to make someone elses food. This place is gross. And the sandwich was gross too. Tasted burnt. Sloppy made. Dont suggest this place at all. Burger king in whitehouse? 0 stars.

Went tonight. The food and service was fine but the place was dirty. Not a single table was clean. Drink dispensery was dirty. The BK on Troup Hwy just up the road in Tyler closed down, I suggest this bunch watch their step.
