The store manager was extremely rude. I was ordering with a lady and he kept interfering. Was extremely rude in speaking with me. Probably didn’t like that i was Muslim. Took a customer and complained to the customer that I was taking too long to order while i was still at the counter. I have never had a bad experience at dunkin donuts but this location was the worst, left without ordering. Would never return. They need to teach customer service to their employees.

Horrible. I went to stop for a coffee and the people were SO RUDE. I’m a very patient and I think friendly person and I’m so caught off guard I hate to write this. The woman at the counter yelled at me because I tried to order 6 munchkins and they come in increments of 5. I didn’t know clearly and she legit berated me. I just responded “ok I’m sorry I didn’t know I’ll take 5.” She continued To be rude and tell me they had no ice So I couldn’t get an ice coffee. And their coffee machine wasn’t cleaned? Just the worst, rudest experience I’ve ever had! Bummer because I love Dunkin.

I went to grab a cup of coffee. When i went to place my order the girl said our machine is not clean and they were making excuses they were standing free. Doing nothing then i decided to get something else and i was waiting they would come and take my order but they ignored me. Nobody took my order. Not recommending someone to go there to waste time.
