This was a such a wonderful treat after driving over 6 hours with 2 kids under 2 and my husband. I forgot how amazing their sandwiches are and the ladies working the front were so kind. The place was empty (Mother’s day evening) so my oldest was able to run around after such a long trip. I hope to visit again.

The staff is incredibly disrespectful and can not manage a simple order. The cashier acted like I was inconveniencing her to take my order, she ended up trying to tell me my price was several dollars over what it should be. She could not explain where the extra charge was coming from.

When I got back to my house I realized my calzone was wrong I called and talked to a manager she said she would fix it if I brought it back. I bought the calzone back and the cashier said that they did not have a manager on duty especially a female manager. I called the store manager to see what could be done. He responded with a hard sigh and said, “you should really just go eat somewhere else.” mazzios is a waist of everyone’s time and money.

Usually just a bunch of unsupervised kids working. They CONSTANTLY over cook the pizza and get the order completely wrong about 30% of the time. The only reason we eat at this location is it’s convenience to where we live.
