I tried the OG veggie burger, and it was delicious. Their patty is crunchy and unique(with quinoa in it). The Sixteen Bricks challah bun that they use for the burger is good too.

I really enjoyed the panzanella salad with capers, heirloom tomatoes, and fresh mozzarella. Opted to add the grilled chicken. Everything was fresh and flavorful! Don’t skip the pretzel nuggets! Delicious!

Really wanted to like this place but it was not in line with the other options at Element. My son ordered a burger that he found to be dry and overcooked. He said he wasn’t asked what temperature he would like it cooked. I think for a burger of that price, that should be standard. Everything about the burger, bun, and toppings was just okay. Our friend got wings that had an unpleasant texture. They weren’t smoked or crispy. They were actually very soggy looking. The parmesan wings looked flavorless except for the weird pile of shredded parmesan piled atop each one. I hate to leave a bad review but we went with a big group and everyone who bought something from her was disappointed by the quality for the price. It costs so much to eat out now. Gotta be sure it’s worth your dollar.
