I came here for lunch, I wanted to sit at the bar. The entire bar was dirty, when I walked up the bartender Anna asked me do I wanna place a to go order. I said no I wanted to sit at the bar, but the entire bar was dirty. She proceeds to wipe off one space next to the dirty spaces expecting me to sit in between the dirty dishes. And she literally wipe off one little space. I could tell she was irritated because I ask her to clean the bar so instead Of getting terrible service I decided to just place the order to go. The Togo lady Kira was very nice. But I won’t go back to this location. The photos are after she cleaned.

After eating here in the bar area multiple times over the past four weeks I walk in and ask the hostess if it was okay to eat in the bar area. She said it was okay so I sat down. Some you lady proceeded to tell me the bar area was closed and I couldn’t eat there. I explained to her I’d eaten there multiple times at the same time of day, which was around 4:30 pm. She insisted the area was closed. I decided to leave. I called Olive Garden and spoke to the Manger. She showed little concern. I will be in the area for work for several more weeks but I won’t be eating at this establishment ever again.

This is by far the best Olive Garden on the planet. I’ve been disappointed by some restaurants, but never this place. The servers are incredible and so is the management. Anytime I order food, I know it’ll be delivered fresh and on time. I plan to be a repeat customer for years to come and I hope they are not bothered by my presence.

Ray was phenomenal. Great suggestions and very pleasant. Its hard to find great service in 2023 and Ray provided just that. Franchise wise this location was great. Food was amazing, hot, and fresh. Also, the flow of bringing everything out was on point. Highly recommend!
