Seriously the worst. Took 2 hours to deliver, was cold and rubbery when I opened it, as you can see in the pictures the garlic sauce was even cold and almost solid. After an hour and a half wait, I called the store and they assured me that my order was on the way. A little over 30 minutes later is got here. I called to let them know about the condition and the manager tells me that my pizza just came out of the oven 20 minutes ago. So they got some teleportation device that runs between the store and delivery car? It’s the only explanation for how my order could have been on its way 10 mins before it came out of the oven.

We ordered delivery online. After 1 hour we received a cold pizza. It was hard to chew. There was barely any cheese or toppings. Needless to say, Friday night pizza was a total failure. Over $20 dollars is wasted. Can I get a refund for this?

Very unhappy I have spent a lot of money on ordering from papa johns pizza and it been great the last three time I’ve ordered this first time they gave me wrong order second time only half my order then tonight’s order I ordered to pizzas which were barely warm and my chicken Alfredo literally had no pasta four tiny pieces of chicken and was barely enough for three bites for 10$ just really upset below are two pictures. One is other pasta before I even took a bite. The next picture is me scooping it all together into one pile early enough for three bites

Trash service delivery verify address and still get it wrong called to speak to Crystal the manager she tell you oh well when delivery don’t show. Manager said not my problem and hangs up. Absolutely the worst service from a pizza company. No respect for customer DO NOT EAT FROM THIS PLACE.

The most unaware unprofessional, inconsiderate, laxidatical, unpolite and unconcerned with their job duties incompetent group of characters I’ve seen in along time.(SMH) Mangement wouldn’t even give names! I am so mad right now!! Pizza is cold and dried out!! I picked the $15 large pizza with three toppings it charges me 16 with a 2l Pepsi and my pizza was late on top of it. I paid $26.12 for it plus a tip of $3. I am so mad right now!!!! And then leave the review on the app after they left and it wouldn’t submit my complaint.
