I used the drive-thru. The line was long but it was going fast. I tried the new chocolate cold brew coffee. When the lady working handed it to me she said “This is really good” She was not kidding. It was. I liked it. I think it is my new favorite drink.

The lady in the drive thru has a hard time understanding English. Also, she has a very heavy accent which it’s difficult to under her also. She was trying to give me a cold coffee that I didn’t order. Then she got mad or frustrated because she doesn’t know what she’s doing.

Orders rarely ready when ordering on the app. Employee ask you your name after waiting for 4 – 5 minutes, then finds your ticket, and THEN prepare the order. Orders should be prepared when a ticket comes in not after the customer comes in. People in drive thru drove up after I arrived, ordered, got their items and left while I was still waiting.

Extremely unprofessional and rude drive-thru cashier. I was there at around 5:30 am on Tuesday. The lady that took my order started yelling at me while I was asking questions about certain items on the menu and I couldn’t understand what she was saying. There was no line or anyone behind me so there was no need for yelling or rudeness, seems as if she was having a bad day.

Disappointing in this location very poor management I been 3 times I live near by and always they either run out or don’t have any more donuts??? This is dunking dunuts how come at different times of the day this happened this type of answer come from employees with not management!!! This locations is close to ft Lauderdalle airport near by hotels over Biscayne! And close to the beach ! Has it all to be great service location but don’t look that way ! Read some other reviews and look not good management I hope the owner look my review and step up because may be close soon not because the product it’s because not one run! Your business right

Average store. They run out of most donuts by mid-day, and the ones they do have are halfway stale. Better off heading to Hollywood Donut Factory, close by and donuts are 3x times the size and so much better.

Never had a problem at other locations but this one is terrible. I dont know what this location has against putting caramel in my coffee. I literally have to go back everyday and tell them to do it. The hispanic lady in the drive through with the ugly eyeliner that’s always chewing gum ( y’all know which one I’m talking about) has the worst attitude ever. One day she actually went back n forth with me while ordering my drink which at that point I proceeded to go to Starbucks instead because me personally I’m not gone argue with you and your minimum wage.
