From it’s humble beginnings as King Buffet in the Crystal Point Mall area to the little hole-in-the-wall location next to South, this food has touched our hearts all our lives. I’ve been coming to their restaurant since I was born and their food never dissapoints. I love it so much that I forgot to take pictures before I ate cause it was so yummy.

Ok y’all.. here we go! Tried a new place.. first let’s start with the things I really liked. Crab ragoons were really good.. my favorite of the entire meal.. tempura veggies were just as good..wish there would have been more. Hubby really enjoyed the chicken fried rice..I think it was ok.. nothing to write home about. The hibachi chicken with plain fried rice was good..had a good flavor. We didn’t care for the egg rolls. The oolong tea was good.. we ordered 2! Server was nice.. a little hard to understand..but friendly. Will we return.. probably for tempura and crabragoons. All I can say is.. come in and try it.. you might like it more than me.. all in all..not a bad little place.

The food was not great. I gave two stars because pho was the only dish that was good. Orange chicken was lacking orange flavor, and mapo tofu was very salty. We had difficulty communicating with the waitress as the language barrier was an obvious issue. We would not come back.

First time here. We were only 1 of 2 parties seated but plenty of carryout was happening during our dinner. Had gyoza, yummy but the menu didn’t specify they were deep fried so my friend could only eat one. The dipping sauce was delish. Had hibachi steak and chicken teriyaki. Good size portion, nice with lots of veggies. I thought the sauce could be a little stronger flavored, but still good.

oh my god, amazing. Finally a good sushi/asian place in town. The chicken isn’t chewy, it’s browned deliciously. I had teriyaki and couldn’t stop eating it. So hard to find non chewy chicken. I also had egg rolls, really good. The spicy tuna rolls are great, not fishy or cheap tasting. The Volcano roll is AMAZING…great flavors, I think real crab and not imitation? even if it is, I couldn’t tell. They really know what they’re doing with sushi. I can’t say enough good about this place. I’m elated to have my kind of asian food close to home!! I’ll be having this 2-3 times a week at least.

Loved our second visit to Little Rice! Maria, our server was a delight and remembered us. We tried a poke bowl, a Godzilla roll and the Beef Steak Pot. All were amazingly tasty. We will be back!

Visited twice. Once for dinner and another for lunch. They have a very wide variety of foods which is great when you want to change it up. Pictures posted are their lunch special portions. 3 rolls of sushi for $13! Now that’s a deal! Had the Shrimp tempora, Green River, and Salmon skin rolls, gyosa and Tsos chicken, a go-to everywhere I go. The lunch specials also came with ginger salad. Their ginger salad has a little bit of a kick from the ginger. The last time I went I had The Manhattan roll (Added to the favorites list) and hibachi steak. From the garnish and presentation to portion size and taste, I recommend!

My wife and I went when they opened up for the day recently. Immediately got seated in a spot we preferred and ordered drinks. Plenty of options for eating, and I mean a lot of options! Everything from sushi and rice to ramen and hibachi style combination dinners. My wife ordered a Poke bowl while I ordered the Shoyu Ramen and we also ordered pot rice with steak.

A simple and plain restaurant. Not much for atmosphere.
