I recently left a review after a not so great order – they quickly saw the review and I received a phone call with an apology AND they offered to replace both pizzas, even though my complaint was really on the one. Today we decided to get those replacement pizzas. They were AMAZING. We love the chicken bacon pizza. Great company and great food. Thanks guys!

Latest update x 2. Two weeks since the last update. Again consistency is spot on. There is no other shop like it. Of course we enjoyed our food. I’m getting kinda sick of Bella’s honestly. I’ve had it so many times. But taking a break from Bella’s only means disappointment :(. Our family loves your Bella’s. I think you should franchise. We are blessed to have you in our town.

Most pizza places in the area are just average but not bellas. I’ve never had something I didn’t like from here and have been happy with my order every single time. They make great specialty pizzas, and every employee I’ve spoken to is very polite

Chill little pizza shop. Not far from Cedar Creek Park. Food was ok. Standard pizzas. Prices were high though. Two larges and a hoagie was 54 bucks. Nothing special either. Cheese, pepperoni, and an italian.

As a local small business we do our best to support others like us. Their coupon on the back of my West Newton Giant Eagle receipt caught my eye. I was a bachelor this weekend and decided to try something besides the usual Fox’s … very glad I did. Everybody’s taste is different but I was happy with ordering, timely pickup and the pie was great, no skimpy peperoni. We play cards every few weeks and you will get our next order!

Great good. We spend probably $300 a month there until tonight. I ordered a chicken salad. The lady misunderstood that and put it in as a steak salad. I politely asked if they could make the chicken salad and the girl very rudely told me if I pay for it because it was put in as a steak salad. I have never eaten steak in my life and others in my house verified I definitely said chicken. I again politely asked her to make a new one due to it not being my misunderstanding but hers. Again, refused. To not make a customer a new salad due to their misunderstanding is the worst customer service I have ever received . Used to love it there but will never spend money there again. We tip their drivers well and are nothing but polite to the girl working. Cannot believe that just happened. As a former waitress, I would absolutely have apologized for any misunderstanding and make a new meal. I did do multiple times. Super disappointed.

We had another successful dinner from Bellas. Tonight was a large Italian hogie and a dozen of chicken wings. The sandwich is really good but the wings are amazing. I do not usually like wing dings but these are big and have a lot of meat. The season salt / butter combo had my taste bugs watering from the first bite. I would recommend trying the different sauces . I had the hot BBQ and it was SPICY! and I feel like I can handle hot things well this was really hot do you don’t need a lot but it was really good!

The best food in the Mon Valley!!!!! Amazing owners. My daughter and I ordered a medium extra cheese 1/2 pepperoni pizza, the cheese slid on delivery. I called to reorder a small extra cheese for my daughter (b/c that is all she eats) and the owner replaced it. The wings are huge and delicious. #1 Hoagies around. This is now my go to place. Thank you your customer service is top notch!!!!!!!!

Good food. But I had one of their cupons for a bogo hoagie that they wouldn’t take they said misprint. Very bad business practice. You should have taken the coupon. I don’t check Facebook before I order food. You lost a customer.

Pizza is great, so is the Calzone but the wings were completely bland, we ordered online and it didn’t give us an option for flavoring if there is flavoring available, and the ranch was in small packets like ketchup packets, which was completely unexpected, every place I’ve ordered from sends some ranch in containers or some home made ranch in togo cups, this was not good, dont order the wings or the mushrooms if you like to eat it with ranch, but the pizza was sooooo very good and their marinera sauce was great!
