Great service and sushi at this location. Didn’t need a reservation on a Wednesday evening, but the place was pretty busy by the time we left. Sushi was fresh and service was just as good as the location on Cottonwood. Nice bar area in the back of the restaurant. Parking can be pretty full around the restaurant, may require a little walk to restaurant.

My husband and I have always enjoyed Mint Tapas and Sushi but tonight was our first time at the Holladay location. It’s really beautiful with a lot of natural lighting, which I love! Lindsay was our server and she was amazing! Not only was she super friendly and personable, but she was very knowledgable and understanding of my gluten allergy. She eased my typical anxiety of getting sick afterwards and helped customize a roll based on my allergy and preferences. More places/servers need to know their menu like Lindsay because it makes all the difference! Great drinks, amazing food, and awesome service – would definitely come back!

Walked for our first time here, sat down and the waitress said there was no drinks avaliable except for cocktails and water. So that’s a thumbs down right there. Then when all 3 of us tried to put our cloth napkin on out leflgs they all had hairs in them impeded so that’s number 2 thumbs down.

We all know the food is top of the line. I really enjoyed Kelsey, our server, and Madison’s attentive busing our table. They both kept me inundated, at my request, with excessive amounts of Ginger–gotta eat my vegetables, like my Momma said–or did she? Well, I give her credit, anyways. I was so pleased with the service, I went back soon thereafter, and spent the whole evening there with the help of Kara, the jovial bartender, and even had a drink with the owner–I only remember ladies names; I don’t have much room for the gentlemen. I know him, and he knows his name. That said, I only remember my own.

Amazing location, right in Holladay square!!! If you like complex flavor profiles and raw fish than this is for you. All of the dishes are very unique and beautiful displayed. Clean, modern interior, and lovely outdoor dining. One thing I would like is tangible menus. But, I highly recommend!

We love mint and are very excited about this new location! We have been to all of them and all of them are amazing. Hands down they have the best sushi in the area. We ordered the Vulcan, Milky Way, and Luna this last visit and as always it was mind blowing. The staff at this new location are also especially great. Though the food at all the locations are equally amazing, this location is above and beyond with customer service and have a warmth to them that was really great. We had Cierra M as our server and she was so accommodating and personable!
