I went to the Chicken Salad Chick (St Petersburg, Florida) because I like the variety of the salads and soup. The menu is just the right size to make a diversified plate without a 100 different choices to make it complicated. The staff has always been very friendly and helpful. We ordered 2 plates (Jalapeño croissant chicken salad plate with loaded potato soup in picture.) for under $20. That is hard to find and both orders came with a cookie. I love cookies!!

I am so bummed! I love this place and typically go to the location in Lutz. I went to the St. Pete location for my first time and wasn’t impressed. The staff was silent- they didn’t greet me, ask me if I had any questions on the menu, nothing(it was odd lol). I didn’t even know what my total was until they handed me a receipt!

So I went to the CSC across town and their freezer was down, no biggie. So I called this one to make sure they had what I wanted. The gentleman on the phone was honestly the nicest person ever. He even called back to ask what I wanted so they’d have it ready. And they were super friendly to me. Awesome experience with some really genuine people. Made my heart happy all day!

I can’t believe this is my first time coming here! It was amazing. The staff was friendly, the sitting area was clean and well decorated, the food was absolutely delicious! I got the combo with the Fancy Nancy chicken salad sandwich, the grape salad (to die for) and it even came with a mini cookie! We were very pleasantly surprised that the portions were perfect for the price! We only spent $22 for two meals and a drink! Since it’s right down the street from Bob Lee’s, I know my new favorite place to go while I wait for my oil change! I will definitely be coming back and inviting my friends and family too! I highly recommend it.

The food was good but not uniquely so. I had expected more based on the buzz about the place. Closer to a fast-food experience than a specialty lunch spot I expected. Service was typical of a fast food place but I don’t fault CSC as all businesses face chronic indifference in employees these days. Place was clean and has a good story. An average chicken salad sandwich, but even though it was north of $15 all in (sandwich, side cup of a few grapes and a soft drink), I’ll probably go back. 50/50.

We went today and they were extremely busy!! They made us feel like we were their top priority!! Phil is the sweetest!! We ordered soup to eat and chicken salad to take home for later. The loaded potato soup and chicken and dumpling soups where hearty and flavorful! The chicken salad is fresh and delicious. The pasta salad is nicely balanced. Tangy and fresh! Highly recommend!

This was one of my favorite places in the St. Petersburg area! I went to lunch here several times while I was there. They have several different flavors and variations of chicken salad even though I stayed with the basic one. They serve on a croissant and I didn’t need any additional condiments or seasoning. I love their lemonade also. Oh, and the cookies are great
