Worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. I ordered a macchiato and a sausage egg and cheese. I was given a large cup full of only milk and the breakfast sandwich had no sausage on it. When I asked them to remake it they gave me attitude. If you don’t want to waste your money go elsewhere.

Drive through lady had the worst manners of any employee I’ve seen at a Dunkin. I wasted $14 for a cup of milk (was supposed to be coffee) and a sausage egg and cheese with missing bacon.

By far the worst Dunkin, I have been to. Place a mobile order for an ice tea with regular sugar they gave me liquid sugar. They served a stale old donut. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

I went yesterday to this Duncan Donuts and placed my order at the drive-thru. I get to the window and first asked if I could refill my Duncan Donuts card and paid with my wife’s debit card. She took both cards but handed back my Duncan Donuts card and did not listen to what I requested 3 times to refill it. Today I go back again and order a plain bagel toasted with cream cheese. Does this look like toasted? No! It’s half burnt! Not coming back a third time.

I’m here out of town. Very far from home the roads are difficult to navigate. There is a Dunkin’ Donuts right next to the hotel I am staying at. I walked across the lot to them just to pick up something to eat. Not a lot of availability close to where I’m staying. Their Lobby doors were locked and said it was drive through only. Or I’m staying you have to do a lot of driving to get to anything close because of there are no left turns. Tried to open the lobby door door was locked employee outside said drive through only. There was a matter of 15 ft of grass between me and them. And they wanted me to drive a total of over a mile just to go through their drive-thru. You would think something so close would allow a walk-in visit. Very disappointed don’t ever depend upon them even if they are your closest location to get something to eat

This location needs to really start focusing on training or retraining their staff. I have been to this location several times and 9 times out of 10 they mess up my order. Recently, I had an order that they forgot to add it to the bag and when I called they said I could come and pick it up. When I got there the manager gave me a hard time- when I was the one who spoke to her.

I am regular customer everyday to this store from almost one & half year. From almost like a week the coffee mixing is not yet all good. I asked for extra sugar every time but when I see it I don’t find extra sugar. Today when I asked for extra sugar coffee they gave me a normal. When you see the quantity in the cup it is less compared to other store. Service is not yet all good today. This is my last coffee in this store. I never ever come back again.
