Ordered 2 pizzas tonight with very great customer service at order and pickup. Had a voucher that couldn’t be used online or over the phone so I ran in quick to place an order for a later pickup time while I ran an errand- very nice and friendly staff there. Food tasted great also!

I love Papa John’s, but never have I encountered a more rude staff been at this location in Loveland. And when I went there to pick up my pizza, I held the door for a delivery kit walking out who stormed out without a thank you. Then when I got inside, the manager was yelling at Door Dash drivers who weren’t even his own employees. I do not think I will be going back.

I ordered for delivery and was told it would be 40 minutes. At one hour and 20 minutes, I called to see when my order would be delivered. The woman that I spoke to said that it had been delivered. Our food was sitting on the porch and was cold. The driver didn’t knock just left the food on the porch. The driver missed out on a $10 tip. When I called, the woman offered the satisfaction guarantee. The food was decent, but the delivery was terrible.

Ordered two custom pizzas at believe it or not almost $30 each. However we received one of our pizzas and someone else’s plain pepperoni pizza. At $87 for the grub hub delivery, we should at least get the correct order! Don’t think we will be ordering here again.
