We can’t get enough of this place! I could rant and rave all day. This is not your typical fast casual restaurant . The owners truly care about every detail of what they are serving to you and it’s evident, every time we’ve come we’ve spent time speaking with them about the passion and process that goes into each dish. This place offers more than an amazing meal, you get to have a culinary experience.

Ace provided great service. He was prompt in providing what I asked. Steven one of the family owners took constructive criticism very well. The food was actually really good. I tried 3 items and the only slight issue I had was the goyza. It was a bit hard but he really seemed to be concerned with it. Honestly I would come back and support this great family business. I do think they will keep improving and I do think they genuinely care about you. Thanks ace and Steven!

The food is a 3 but the staff is a million stars! This was my first time visiting. Immediately the staff were excited to see our party of 7 & made room for us. They apologized for “the mess”, but it was a very cozy & clean dining room. On the way to the bathroom it was a little tight. They are in the process of remodeling, so I’m sure it won’t always be that way. The bathroom was spacious, had arm rails, & there are no ground inclusions that would be a problem for wheelchairs. Ok so the food. I had so much hope because they had 2 vegetarian options with vegetarian protein on the menu, but i was so disappointed. We got the meatball & shrimp noodle dishes (they referred it to noodle dish). Each only came with 2 proteins. The meatballs were very small. The veggies in the dish were very basic- carrots, broccoli, cauliflower. Sadly the vegetarian broth also tasted like the typical broth everyone seems to put on their menu. I’m the biggest pho fan, so for the expensive price point, I couldn’t help but compare to other local spots with better ingredients, taste, & price point. I just love that this spot offered veg options & love the staff, so I’m tempted to give it another try one day.

Isabelle and Ace were super personable. She was very warm and made great conversation with my and my friend. The atmosphere was quaint and nicely decorated. Very cute outside area with a cozy vibe. The food was good, especially the boba. The pearls were fresh and soft. I’d def go back! Great service.

Not only does this place deserve more than 5 stars because of their quality service and the well-prepared and savory selection, they also deserve it because of their kindness, attentiveness, going out of their way service. I have had a wonderful experience every single time whether it is eating in or dining in. Recently, there was an event in Avalon that I wasn’t sure how I was going to pick up my food since the area was blocked. I called the restaurant and Steven said no problem in locating me and being out my order. Tonight the kindness to gift me and another guest a small token of appreciation really moved me. The going beyond the customer service is what I have personally experienced every single time. I am grateful to Steven and Ace great quality service. Thank you!

I recently celebrated my sister’s birthday at Pho Akaushi, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience. The warm and inviting atmosphere, impeccable service, and delectable cuisine were all exceptional. The staff made us feel valued from the moment we arrived, and the menu offered a delightful range of dishes that satisfied both meat lovers and vegetarians. The food and service was so amazing! My sister and I were greeted at the door with such a welcoming smile and kindness. We’ve never been here before and were guided through the menu. We ended up both getting the Pho with Wagu slices. It was so delicious! Will definitely be back!
